Mission

  • Monitor the performance and effectiveness of security applications, ensuring they are functioning optimally.
  • Implement necessary changes or enhancements to ensure the tools remain effective and up to date.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for security application-related issues, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Administer and maintain the functionality of cybersecurity tools, including but not limited to:
  • Splunk (SIEM).
  • Data Loss Prevention solutions such as Device Lock USB DLP, Forcepoint Mail Gateway DLP and Trellix Email Gateway.
  • Trellix Network Security Platform (IPS).
  • Web gateway solutions like Trellix Web Gateway and Forcepoint Web Gateway.
  • SEPM / SES (antivirus).
  • Microsoft BitLocker MBAM (drive encryption).
  • Mobile Device Management platforms such as VMware AirWatch/Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune.
  • Microsoft LAPS and CyberArk Vault for password administration tools.
