Mission

• As Functional Administrator will join the Security Hub, within the Infrastructure & Security Services team and you will be responsible for the global configuration and management of the Data Leakage Prevention platform (~148.000 users), business engagement and functional operations throughout the entire implementation/maintenance process of a DLP solution. You will analyze the user needs, handle the pre study and the implementation of the user needs, and you will drive the requested changes.
• Policy management (create and update the DLP policies)
• Tool configurations (response rules, notifications, scripts debugging)
• Profile/user management
• Referential management (data management integration)
• Exceptions configuration and recertification
• Server management/ verifications/ upgrade
• Incident/ Change/ Problem management (ServiceNow ticketing system)
• DLP referent in participating in DLP group committee & internal meetings, operational committees for projects, communication with the business units
• Support to DLP champions that have a validating role on the alerts in the platform (privacy, technical questions, dedicated training, incident analysis)
• Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 steering and functional assistance (including platform trainings);
• Communication with Supplier's Technical Managers.

Profile

• A strong background in Information Security, an experience on DLP Symantec solution would be a plus
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills
• 2-5 years' experience in a similar role (application manager, business analysts, security analyst)
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills to build/ maintain ongoing business relationships
• Fluent in English is a must
• Knowledge of French is a plus
• Good to have CompTIA Security+, Network+ CSA+/CySA+, CCNA, CEH, Understanding of ISO 27001
