Mission
- As Functional Administrator will join the Security Hub, within the Infrastructure & Security Services team and you will be responsible for the global configuration and management of the Data Leakage Prevention platform (~148.000 users), business engagement and functional operations throughout the entire implementation/maintenance process of a DLP solution. You will analyze the user needs, handle the pre study and the implementation of the user needs, and you will drive the requested changes.
- Policy management (create and update the DLP policies)
- Tool configurations (response rules, notifications, scripts debugging)
- Profile/user management
- Referential management (data management integration)
- Exceptions configuration and recertification
- Server management/ verifications/ upgrade
- Incident/ Change/ Problem management (ServiceNow ticketing system)
- DLP referent in participating in DLP group committee & internal meetings, operational committees for projects, communication with the business units
- Support to DLP champions that have a validating role on the alerts in the platform (privacy, technical questions, dedicated training, incident analysis)
- Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 steering and functional assistance (including platform trainings);
- Communication with Supplier's Technical Managers.
Profile
- A strong background in Information Security, an experience on DLP Symantec solution would be a plus
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills
- 2-5 years' experience in a similar role (application manager, business analysts, security analyst)
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills to build/ maintain ongoing business relationships
- Fluent in English is a must
- Knowledge of French is a plus
- Good to have CompTIA Security+, Network+ CSA+/CySA+, CCNA, CEH, Understanding of ISO 27001
