Mission

  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and expertise in using the Lean Management and Six Sigma practices and principles
  • Disseminate Lean Management and Lean Six Sigma practices through relevant trainings, workshops and coaching sessions across the entire Bank
  • Plan and conduct Lean Management implementation missions in the Bank: manage communication, resources, timeline and milestones, risks and benefit realization
  • Work with business to understand current processes, people mindset, tools and possible room for improvement and design future states and implementation ideas
  • Create presentation materials adapted to each level of the organization
  • Meeting facilitation and organization
  • Contribute to continuously improving the Lean toolset and deployment approach based on previous experiences
  • Ensure continuous improvements in structures where Lean Management and Six Sigma systems have been deployed
  • Organize, deliver trainings and assess testing in Lean Six Sigma practices and methodology
  • Mentor Lean Six Sigma trained individuals from the organization, into developing a Lean Six Sigma project with a quantifiable impact
  • Create and manage a community of best practice sharing in both areas, Lean Management and Lean Six Sigma

Profile

  • Minimum 3 years' experience (banking experience is nice to have)
  • Expertise & in-depth knowledge and understanding of all Lean Management practices and principles
  • Project management skills
  • Lean Six Sigma certification – Black Belt
  • Coaching and mentoring
  • Ability to distill complex issues, to get the right people around the table and drive the meeting into concrete actions and to convey impactful messages both at operational and at strategic level
  • Adaptability & tenacity, ability to operate in unknown/ uncertain environments
  • Proactivity, energy and drive to bring change
  • Rigor and reliability
  • Role model
  • Fluent in English (written / spoken)
  • Nice to have:Managerial experience or experience as consultant
