Mission

As Presales Consultant Datacenter, you translate our Datacenter solutions into compelling commercial proposals and quotes. Through creativity and collaboration, you design solutions that seamlessly meet the needs of our customers and prospects, even when they are not yet aware of those needs.

You support our sales colleagues in presenting these solutions and ensure a flawless transfer of won deals to our operational teams. You leverage your strengths and continuously develop them, while having an in-depth understanding of the division's entire end-to-end supply chain. You use this knowledge to maximize the value of each deal.

As a Presales Consultant, your colleagues rely on you for:

  • Commercialize the solutions of the business domain;
  • Collaborate with various internal parties within a joint strategy;
  • Proactively managing the customer install base for renewals and upsells;
  • Prospecting to win new customers within the solution domain;
  • Taking co-responsibility for drawing up quotes;
  • Actively build your own network with vendors and partners;
  • Implementing the market strategy determined by the sales organization;
  • Feedback of needs, trends and requirements in the market to the departments and employees involved.

Profile

  • You like to work in a team, but can also work independently. Depending on the assignment, the team can consist of other presales consultants, our partner alliance manager, sales, channel partners, customers or a combination of the above;
  • You have a commercial, solution-oriented and growth mindset, able to translate the functional needs of the customers into technological solutions;
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English;
  • You are stress resistant with a keen focus on deadlines;
  • You have master presentation and negotiation skills;
  • By nature, you take ownership of leads and opportunities;
  • You are constructive, proactive and pragmatic;
  • More than 5 years relevant presales experience.
