Job Description

We are building advanced reports for internal stakeholders (CEO, Sales, Marketing) and are looking for a QA Tester to ensure the accuracy and quality of these reports. The data comes from various internal systems such as CRM, SAP, Marketo, and social media platforms.

Main Responsibilities

  • Validate the correctness and functionality of generated reports.
  • Ensure compliance with business requirements.
  • Perform manual testing and data analysis to verify results.

Qualifications

  • SQL proficiency - ability to write queries (SELECT, JOIN, etc.) for data analysis and testing support.
  • Basic BI knowledge - understanding of reporting concepts, data processing, and ETL.
  • Testing experience - manual testing, data validation, and result verification.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness to learn BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Snowflake) on the job.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Snowflake, Tableau, Qlik).
  • Ability to create simple SQL scripts for data verification automation.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing.
