Job Description
The Test Centre (TCE) provides test services to the company in Nanterre, based on a well-defined, matured and proven test strategy and methodology. Its main activities are tests design and tests execution. The TCE has been involved in test projects for the main areas of the company, “Savings” and “Protection”, performing tests design and execution in most used applications such as ORION, HERA, Wynsure and GLIS. The recourse will contribute to the Test Strategy, Master Test Plan, design of the tests, ensure their execution, follow-up of the test analysts and report to project stakeholders.
Main Tasks:
Contribute to the design of the Business Analyst tests within a project:
▪ Respect the project design and its deliverables;
▪ Input the test subjects into the dedicated tool, according to the
standards in place;
▪ Ensure the elaboration, validation and communication of all the test
project deliverables within his/her scope (in accordance with the
standards in place);
▪ Guarantee the correct prioritization of the tests within his/her scope;
▪ Contribute to the organisation of the Business Analyst intelligence.
Ensure the execution of the Tests within a project:
▪ Give the information necessary for the Go/No Go;
▪ Execute the tests within his/her scope of competence;
▪ Input the test results in the dedicated tool;
▪ Report any risk of non-commitment regarding delays or quality;
▪ Give feedback to the Test Manager and direct hierarchy on the
progress of the project.
Ensure the reporting of the Tests within a project:
▪ Ensure the communication to the project stakeholders through the
creation of test reports;
▪ Manage project committees (test progress & defects)
▪ Report the required information for the Go/No Go.
Contribute to the identification and correction of any anomalies within the
project:
▪ Identify anomalies within his/her scope;
▪ Input the anomalies into the correct tool;
▪ Contribute to the priorization of the project anomalies;
▪ Participate in the correction of the anomalies and posterior validation;
▪ Provide the necessary elements to draft final reports the report and
procedures.
Norms and Standards

▪ Participate in the workshop regarding these themes.
Qualifications
▪ Degree in Informatics or related areas:
▪ Understand the project’s methodology;
▪ Knowledge of the test methodology principles and vocabulary (ISTQB);
▪ Experience in testing applications for life insurance or banking products ( desirable)
Skills:
Essential:
▪ French language;
▪ Minimum 5 years’ experience in Test activities;
▪ Able to build a test strategy and test schedule;
▪ Able to manage one or more software testers;
▪ Able to work in an Agile environment;
▪ Knowledge on Octane, JIRA and Confluence;
▪ Knowledge in API;
▪ Knowledge in SQL language;
▪ Risk identification and follow-up;
▪ Coordination and motivation skills;
▪ Systematic, critical and logical thinking;
▪ Summarization capabilities;
▪ Be committed, demanding and pedagogue.

▪ 5 years of experience;
▪ Able to script tests with KARATE;

Autonomy:
The tester is able to schedule and organise his own working time as well as other resources, set priorities within his/her scope and report any issue regarding the processes and procedures.
Additional info: Willing and able to work outside normal office hours in exceptional circumstances. Ability to travel outside Portugal
