Mission

  • Monitor and manage Windows Server operating systems (from 2012 to 2022) to ensure stability, security, and optimal performance.
  • Manage and support Active Directory, including user and group management, GPO implementation, and security configurations.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot security and distribution groups, ensuring proper access controls and permissions.
  • Manage and enforce permissions on file sharing systems, ensuring appropriate access levels for different user groups.
  • Utilize SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) and SCOM (System Center Operations Manager) for system deployment, updates, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Support and maintain Microsoft Exchange environments, including mailbox management, email security, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure the smooth integration of Microsoft products into existing IT infrastructure.
  • Provide Level 2 technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft products and technologies.
