Mission

  • selling the company’s IT services to international markets, in particular UK/Germany/Nordic,
  • increasing the company’s sales capacity abroad with a focus on acquiring new customers and cooperation with Business Partners;
  • preparation and presentation of offers
  • negotiation of agreements and contracts for IT services;
  • analyzing customer/market needs, defining requirements and creating new ideas to increase sales;
  • preparation and implementation of sales strategies to foreign markets;
  • Building long-term partnerships with customers and business partners.

Perfil

  • min 5 years of proven experience in customer acquisition and sales of broadly defined IT services (both custom-software development and services in T&M model) in international markets with focus on UK/Germany/Nordic,
  • aim at achieving the set sales targets (target: Revenue/Margin),
  • a proven track record of success in business development and the acquisition of new customers/ABs in international markets,
  • highly motivated and committed to working in an international customer/BP environment,
  • strategic sales planning skills,
  • portfolio of existing international customers/BP and business relationships in the above mentioned markets,
  • orientation in IT technologies: Back-end (Java, C#), Front-end (JS, Angular, React, Vue.js, etc.), databases (including Oracle, MSSQL), data warehouses, BI, QA, DevOps, CI/CD Automation,
  • fluent knowledge of Polish;
  • very good command of English both written and spoken,
  • high personal culture,
  • innovative ideas and ways of acquiring customers. Being active in social media is an advantage.
