Mission

• Coordinating software development teams using Agile / Lean methodologies and frameworks.
• Coach the team in using Agile techniques – story mapping, slicing, how to handle unfinished work;
• Contribute to building an environment where continuous improvement of the development and maintenance process is in focus and where everyone's common goal is to deliver outstanding software as fast as possible.
• Coordinate sprint ceremonies and facilitate outstanding and productive Retrospectives;
• Hold the team members accountable for their deliverables and guide them to high-performing;
• Champion the use of metrics: guide and coach the team to improve performance by metrics, provide metric dashboards to understand how the team is performing;
• Facilitate learning and development through individual and team coaching, deliver trainings and facilitate workshops;
• Coach and guide the team through tough challenges, conflicts and dysfunctions to reach their full potential

Perfil

• Broad experience (also practical) in agile coaching and development of scrum teams
• Previous experience working as a Scrum Master in agile teams is required, working in scaled agile environments is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, strong independence and initiative, ability to work in agile delivery teams.
• Experience working with agile metrics – DORA metrics is a plus;
• A passion for constantly learning in a constantly evolving environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and very helpful would be German at B1 level or higher.
