Managing permanent costs (CPREM) and the tribe's capacity plan.

Control planning.

Monitor and produce reports around permanent costs (CPERM) and project monitoring (MEVOL, PRJ).

Assist Program Managers preparing IC             

Scope/Context:

Within the Prévoyance IT Tribe and the roadmap of its projects it is very important to follow and manage Prévoyance Tribe activity with a PMO (Project Management Officer).

Responsibilities:

Managing permanent costs (CPREM). Control planning. Monitor and produce reports around permanent costs (CPERM) and project monitoring (MEVOL, PRJ).                                 

Main Tasks:

• Budgetary monitoring                                
• Definiton and control of the Tribe's capacity plan                                
• Risk assessement and its follow up                                
• Monitor and produce reports around permanent costs                                 
• Monitor the Tribe’s budget on all its costs and provide monitoring

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Excel - Expert                            
• SQL (Structured Query Language)                                 
• Financial control                                
• Budget and project planning Reporting                                 
• Clarity project management system        

Language Skills:

• English – Expert
• French – Mastery

Soft Skills:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as PMO.

• Coordination and motivation skills                        
• Systematica, logical and critical thinking                         
• Synthesis capabilities                         
• Committement to deliver
