Managing permanent costs (CPREM) and the tribe's capacity plan.
Control planning.
Monitor and produce reports around permanent costs (CPERM) and project monitoring (MEVOL, PRJ).
Assist Program Managers preparing IC
Scope/Context:
Within the Prévoyance IT Tribe and the roadmap of its projects it is very important to follow and manage Prévoyance Tribe activity with a PMO (Project Management Officer).
Responsibilities:
Managing permanent costs (CPREM). Control planning. Monitor and produce reports around permanent costs (CPERM) and project monitoring (MEVOL, PRJ).
Main Tasks:
- Budgetary monitoring
- Definiton and control of the Tribe's capacity plan
- Risk assessement and its follow up
- Monitor and produce reports around permanent costs
- Monitor the Tribe’s budget on all its costs and provide monitoring
Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Excel - Expert
- SQL (Structured Query Language)
- Financial control
- Budget and project planning Reporting
- Clarity project management system
Language Skills:
- English – Expert
- French – Mastery
Soft Skills:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as PMO.
- Coordination and motivation skills
- Systematica, logical and critical thinking
- Synthesis capabilities
- Committement to deliver
