Mission

With the acquisition of the ServiceNow elite partner doItwise, Inetum significantly re-enforced his team of ServiceNow specialists. As a ServiceNow Senior Consultant and Competence Leader, you are co-responsible for building up our local ServiceNow team. You will advise our customers in the areas of IT service management, digitalization and process optimization and also support the implementation of solutions based on ServiceNow. 

Tasks

  • Advising our customers in the areas of IT service management, digitalization and process optimization
  • Development of concepts and specifications in cooperation with our customers
  • Design of complex process applications related to the ServiceNow product line
  • Support the implementation of the designed solutions
  • Technical project management, taking into account the commercial aspects
  • Support the installation of software solutions and product introduction at the customer’s site

  • Actively support pre-sales activities

Perfil

  • Completed studies in the field of computer science
  • Experience in the field of software integration and/or software development
  • Experienced in dealing with customers, suppliers, project managers and employees
  • You are independent, solution-oriented and innovative
  • Language skills: German and English, French would be a plus
  • Knowledge of:
    • Software development (Java and scripting languages)
    • UNIX systems (Linux)
    • Methods such as HERMES, ITIL, Scrum
