We are looking for an experienced IT Architect to drive the design, governance, and evolution of enterprise technology solutions. The successful candidate will ensure the alignment of Information Systems with business requirements, Group architecture standards, security policies, and technology roadmaps, while supporting strategic transformation initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

This role requires strong expertise in solution architecture, technical governance, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration within complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, review, and maintain functional, application, and technical architectures for projects and products.
• Ensure compliance with Group architecture principles, technology policies, and IT standards.
• Produce and maintain architecture deliverables, including:
  • Solution designs and architecture documentation
  • Requirements assessment and traceability matrices
  • Technical, application, infrastructure, and data flow diagrams
  • Security, privacy, and continuity assessments
  • Cloud governance approvals and validation documentation
  • Risk, cost, planning, and dependency analysis
  • Architecture review records and decision logs
• Collaborate with local and international teams to build and maintain reusable architecture assets.
• Assess and review solutions for alignment with reference architectures and technology standards.
• Analyze the technical impact of proposed solutions and ensure consistency with the existing ecosystem.
• Monitor the implementation of technology roadmaps and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Maintain a holistic view of information systems involved in data processing and business operations.
• Participate in architecture governance processes, technical reviews, and compliance assessments.
• Define and maintain technical standards, repositories, frameworks, and best practices.

• Strong experience in Solution Architecture or Enterprise Architecture roles.
• Proven expertise in analysing functional and technical requirements.
• Experience producing end-to-end architecture documentation and governance artefacts.
• Solid understanding of:
  • Application Architecture
  • Integration Patterns
  • Security Architecture
  • Cloud Governance
  • Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
  • Data Privacy and Data Quality principles
• Experience ensuring system quality, integrity, availability, and security throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Knowledge of auditability, traceability, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with Java-based environments and architectures.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT landscapes and system interoperability.

Nice to Have

• Experience working within large international organizations or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF or equivalent).
• Experience with cloud platforms and hybrid architectures.
• Familiarity with banking or financial services environments.
