Mission

  • Provide technical leadership to the development team for Java Fullstack projects, ensuring adherence to coding standards, performance, and scalability
  • Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for web applications, using Java technologies for the back end and modern technologies for the front-end
  • Collaborate closely with the product team and other technical teams to define and prioritize requirements and features
  • Supervise and mentor team members, providing technical guidance and support for personal and professional development
  • Participate in the recruitment and selection process of new team members, evaluating candidates' technical and cultural fit

Profile

  • Strong experience in developing Java Full Stack applications, with extensive knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns
  • Previous experience in a similar technical leadership role, with demonstrated abilities in managing and coordinating a development team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and other departments
  • Ability to tackle technical challenges and find creative solutions to complex problems
  • Practical experience with front-end web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like Angular or React
  • Solid understanding of relational and non-relational database management
  • Degree in computer science, software engineering, or related fields
