• Strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll and/or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Good knowledge of Payroll processes and configuration
• Ability to analyze complex issues and propose solutions.
• Experience working with business/users in an international environment.
• Good communication skills
