We are looking for a Data Engineer to strengthen our Business Intelligence team in Lisbon. This role focuses on SAP Business Objects administration and development, database environments, data pipeline design, and deployment activities supporting data and reporting platforms.

Main Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and evolve SAP Business Objects universes.
• Design high-performance data pipelines.
• Implement and manage SAP Business Objects user groups, security roles, and restrictions.
• Automate the release of data and BI artifacts across environments.
• Support SAP Business Objects version upgrades and universe migrations.
• Monitor database performance and support troubleshooting activities.
• Contribute to data and data infrastructure initiatives.

• SAP Business Objects knowledge.
• Experience with database platforms such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or Teradata.
• Python knowledge.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to support change and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Attention to detail.
• Professional proficiency in English.

• Power BI, Alteryx, or Dataiku.
• Experience with digital product deployments.
• Experience with third-party data governance.
• Experience in large enterprise environments.
• French language skills.
