We are assembling a team of Scrum Masters responsible for facilitating Agile rituals, supporting development teams, and ensuring smooth delivery processes. You will work closely with US stakeholders while operating in CET hours, helping teams stay aligned, productive, and continuously improving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum rituals and remove obstacles to support effective delivery.
  • Guide teams in applying Agile practices to deliver high‑quality products.
  • Support the Product Owner with backlog management and stakeholder communication.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Track and communicate team performance metrics to support planning and forecasting.
  • Drive improvements in team processes, communication, and delivery flow.
  • Promote Agile values across the organization and help remove organizational impediments.
  • Senior level: Coach and mentor less experienced Scrum Masters and contribute to Agile transformation initiatives.
Profil
  • Hands‑on experience running Scrum teams.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master:
    • Regular: typically 3–5+ years
    • Senior: typically 5–7+ years
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and pragmatic application.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure their effectiveness.
  • Experience coaching teams and stakeholders in Agile principles, servant leadership, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to identify and remove impediments, foster team ownership, and support a high‑performance culture.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills.
  • Experience collaborating with Product Owners to refine backlogs, define goals, and improve product delivery.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use metrics (velocity, cycle time, burndown, etc.) to support decision‑making.
  • English & Polish at B2 level.

Nice to have qualifications:

  • Experience working in scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or similar).
  • Certifications such as PSM I/II, CSM, or equivalent.
  • Background in software development, QA, business analysis, or project management.
  • Experience supporting multiple teams simultaneously (Senior level).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and modern delivery pipelines.
  • Ability to mentor other Scrum Masters and contribute to organizational Agile maturity (Senior level).
