Inetum is looking for a dedicated Level 2 Microsoft 365 Specialist to join our team and provide expert support, training, and optimization of Microsoft 365 tools in a modern enterprise environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues across Microsoft 365 apps including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
- Collaborate with Level 1 support teams to resolve complex user concerns.
- Deliver tailored training sessions, guides, and resources to improve user confidence and productivity.
- Promote adoption of new features by showing their real-world applications in daily workflows.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 tools to meet specific organizational and team needs.
- Implement accessibility features and promote inclusive software usage.
- Enhance team collaboration by ensuring seamless integration of Microsoft 365 apps.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations, best practices, and recurring issue resolutions.
- Work closely with infrastructure teams (Network, Wintel, Security) and stakeholders to align tools with business needs.
- Provide process training to business owners and promote best practices.
