We seek to complement and reinforce the existing team in the Manage Services BU (Network with Cybersecurity knowledge)

Key responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
• Perform regular network maintenance, including upgrades and patch management.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and implement robust security protocols.
• Provide technical support to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Responsible for providing consulting and advisory services related to network security. 

• Experience and therefore know the ins and outs of networks in general or within a specific specialization, feeling at home in medium to large IT environments and knowing all about IT concepts, technology and products
• Technical knowledge in the following networking domains and/or technologies:
  • Network architectures and concepts, SDN, IAAS
  • WAN, LAN, WLAN, MPLS, SDWAN
  • Routing and switching, TCPIP, OSPF, BPG, etc.
  • Cisco Nexus and Catalyst , HPE, Aruba, Cisco Router
• Technical knowledge in the following security domains and/or technologies:
  • IP networking & routing
  • Firewalling (Palo Alto, Fortinet, CheckPoint)
  • VPN (IPSEC and/or SSL)
  • IDS/IPS
  • Authentication & Authorization – WAN optimization
  • Cloud
• Firewall Technical knowledge
  • Palo Alto
  • Checkpoint
  • Fortinet
• CyberSecurtiy Knowledge
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken & written)
