As part of our strong growth, we are looking to strengthen the consulting CIO advisory team, which is deeply involved in the issues at the heart of digital transformation that affect all businesses.

This team advises our clients' CIOs and leaders on the right direction to take on their digital transformation journeys in various sectors (public, healthcare, industry, and E&U).

You will work with our clients to help them to:

• Define their digital & IT strategy and identify the technology levers at the heart of business transformation
• Structure complex business and IT landscapes to deliver business and IT insights
• Advise our customers in their cloud adoption journey, helping them choose directions that bring true value
• Define and deliver major digital transformation programmes or projects
• Transform operating models to achieve greater agility
• Assess IT M&A opportunities and support their implementation
• Analyse and optimise IT performance across the business

Our work includes recurring and key topics at the heart of digital transformation, such as go-to cloud strategy and deployment, sustainable IT, testing and scaling innovative technologies (GenAI, blockchain, IoT, ...).

As a Principal Consultant, you will also have a business development dimension to your role. You will contribute to prospecting, referrals, proposal writing, and expanding our current portfolio of offerings.

• You are a graduate of a leading business school, engineering school, or university.
• You have 5 years or more experience in the context of digital & IT transformation.
• You have a broad technical background.
• You have a consulting mindset.
• You have a proven track record in taking the lead in digital projects.
• You have skills and an appetite for digital, cloud, new technologies, and innovation.
• You have a consulting mindset and are eager to contribute to a growing organisation.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch or French and have a good knowledge of Dutch or French.
• You have strong analytical, summarising, interpersonal, and teaching skills.
