- Configure and administer Microsoft Teams to deliver an optimal collaborative experience, including seamless integration with other tools.
- Oversee the customization of M365 applications (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive) to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Train users on key functionalities while addressing their needs and preferences.
Enterprise Data Management (EDM):
- Ensure data organization promotes quick and intuitive access for end users.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop user-friendly and business-relevant data visualization solutions.
User Experience (UX):
- Adopt a user-centered approach for every deployed solution, integrating end-user feedback into design and configuration processes.
- Conduct workshops or user tests to evaluate and improve deployed tools.
- Optimize processes related to collaboration and management tools to deliver an intuitive and frictionless experience.
Security and Compliance:
- Implement robust security policies without compromising user experience, leveraging tools like Azure AD and Microsoft Defender.
- Ensure a balance between regulatory compliance and ease of use.
Weekly Application Version Reporting:
- Prepare and distribute weekly reports on the status of application versions deployed across the user environment.
- Identify outdated or incompatible applications and propose action plans for updates or replacements.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure all critical applications are updated in line with security requirements and best practices.
Proactive Obsolescence Monitoring:
- Implement automated processes to track application versions and highlight critical milestones (e.g., end-of-support deadlines).
- Develop an update schedule based on application life cycles and organizational priorities.
User Communication and Awareness:
- Provide advance notifications to users about major updates and changes affecting their work environment.
