Marek Pokorski (CEO of Inetum Poland) emphasizes that AI is a key driver of the company’s success, increasing productivity by up to 30% and enabling the execution of advanced technology projects. Piotr Mechliński (Head of AI & Data at Inetum EEMEA) highlights how AI supports major European industries, such as telecommunications, manufacturing, and finance, helping clients optimize processes, gain a competitive edge, and transition to new business models.

Internally, AI automates up to 90% of junior-level coding tasks and assists in solving complex problems with 50% efficiency. This allows employees to focus on higher-value activities, improving overall business outcomes. Inetum’s AI solutions also play a crucial role in various industries—for example, monitoring aircraft engine health in real-time or managing vast telecom networks.

The interview also touches on the future of AI, with both executives noting that AI capabilities are rapidly evolving, enabling more advanced problem-solving. While digital transformation is still ongoing, some companies are shifting towards a “post-transformation” phase, where data-driven decision-making becomes the core focus.

Regarding Poland’s role in technological advancements, Pokorski and Mechliński acknowledge that while Poland is progressing, Western Europe remains more innovation-driven. However, with growing investment in AI and digital solutions, Poland is increasingly positioning itself as a key player in the global technology landscape.
