Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a reporting systems developer with a focus on data visualization.

• Experience in developing solutions based on Power BI – at least one completed project.

• Experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and implementing data warehouses using Power BI.

• Hands-on experience working with relational databases.

• Proven experience in building Power BI reports.

• Experience in developing ETL processes.

• Solid understanding of Power BI architecture.

• Knowledge of optimization techniques in Power BI.

• Proficiency in DAX language.

• Understanding of data aggregation and processing techniques.

• Ability to implement row-level security functionality.

• Awareness of data security practices within the Power BI environment.

• Project experience in developing executive dashboards.

• Project experience in report creation.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI Desktop.

• Proficiency in SQL programming.

• Experience in programming with Python.

• Strong self-organization skills and goal-oriented mindset.

• Well-developed interpersonal and organizational skills, including planning.

• Communication skills, creativity, independence, professionalism, stress resistance, and curiosity.

• Experience in developing executive dashboards for healthcare systems (minimum 25 dashboards).

• Experience working with Microsoft Power BI in a cloud environment.

• Agile project management certification (e.g., Agile PM or equivalent).

Perfil

• You are welcome to visit us 1-2 times a month in one of our offices in Warsaw, Poznan, Lublin, Katowice or Rzeszow.
