Mission

We are looking for a Financial Operations Specialist to join our Inetum Team and be a part of a work culture focused on innovation!

Main Tasks:

• Execute tasks according to closing schedules.
• Ensure timely and accurate issuance and registration of documents (e.g., invoices).
• Deliver error-free financial reports (CAPEX/OPEX) within deadlines.
• Provide precise resource and logistics reports on time.
• Prepare meeting documents using corporate templates.
• Manage and control the budget for the area (CAPEX and OPEX).
• Organize and lead meetings with key stakeholders.
• Compile reports to support area management and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain project documentation.

Perfil

Profile:

• Academic background in Business Administration or similar
• + 2 years in Financial/Administrative areas. 
• Good knowledge of Service Now. 
• Knowledge in Jira and Confluence. 
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Driven to team work

(Hybrid work, with 2 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
