Mission
We are seeking a skilled SSAS Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in advancing our data mart and business intelligence initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and managing OLAP cubes and tabular models, optimizing system performance, and ensuring the integrity and security of our data solutions. You will collaborate closely with data teams to design and implement effective solutions, troubleshoot issues, and stay abreast of the latest SSAS and BI technologies.
Main tasks:
- Develop, deploy, and manage OLAP cubes and tabular models.
- Collaborate with data teams to design and implement effective data solutions that meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SSAS, data models, and ETL processes.
- Monitor system performance and optimize queries for efficiency.
- Implement data security measures and backup procedures to protect sensitive information.
- Stay updated with the latest SSAS and BI technologies and best practices.
Perfil
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience working with SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services).
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, OLAP concepts, and data modelling.
- Proficiency in SQL, MDX, and DAX query languages.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
Work is conducted in a hybrid system: 2 times a week from the client's office in Katowice or Warsaw.
