Key findings from the report

The research reveals that most companies in Poland are still experimenting with AI — testing its capabilities in limited pilot projects and assessing potential benefits. Only 14% of organizations have reached the scaling phase, and full strategic adoption remains rare.

Among the biggest challenges identified were:

  • A shortage of qualified AI talent,
  • Uncertainty around return on investment,
  • Difficulties integrating AI with existing systems.

That said, businesses are increasingly recognizing the potential of AI in areas such as data analysis, process automation, customer service, and IT security. While just 17% of companies have a defined Generative AI strategy, many express a growing interest in developing one.

Inetum’s view: AI is more than technology — it’s a cultural shift
Marek Czachorowski, Head of Modern Data Solutions Practice at Inetum Polska, shared his perspective:

“From our experience, 80% of successful AI implementation depends on people. No matter how advanced the infrastructure or data, real impact comes from having the right skills, mindset, and goals across the organization. That’s why we support clients not only in deploying technology, but also in shaping governance, building teams, and developing long-term readiness.”

At Inetum, we believe AI adoption requires more than tools — it demands vision, capability building, and a cross-organizational commitment to innovation.
