About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and tech-savvy Communication Manager to join our fast-growing IT company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, innovative environment and is passionate about telling compelling brand stories, engaging technical and non-technical audiences, and positioning the company as a thought leader in the tech space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated communication strategies aligned with company goals and product roadmaps.
- Manage external communication efforts, including media relations, press releases, product announcements, and thought leadership content.
- Coordinate internal communication initiatives to support company culture, leadership messaging, and cross-team alignment.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, HR, and leadership teams to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all channels.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging language for diverse audiences (clients, partners, media, job candidates).
- Drive brand visibility across digital platforms, including social media, developer communities, and industry forums.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and media sentiment to inform communication strategy.
- Support employer branding through storytelling, career campaigns, and communication around company culture and values.
Perfil
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in communication or PR roles, ideally in the IT or tech sector.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor tone and style to different audiences.
- Strong understanding of the tech industry, emerging trends, and software development cycles.
- Experience working with or within marketing, product, or developer relations teams.
- Proven ability to craft strategic narratives and manage multi-channel campaigns.
- Familiarity with tools such as CMS platforms, social media schedulers, analytics dashboards, and collaboration tools (Sharepoint, Teams, Monday, dashboard WWW, GenAI)
- Fluent in English (C1 level); additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.
