Mission
- Level 2 technical application support to internal applications users:
-
- Functional & technical support of in-scope applications
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating the production events to end users and stakeholders
- Ensuring the smooth execution of batches
- Delivering the production changes
- Current business processes maintenance and enhancement
- Ensure that all relevant events and issues are recorded and resolved in timely manner
- Incident and Problem management, solutions to common problems documentation
Main Tasks:
- Technical monitoring and control of the applications
- Incident management, problem, request and change management
- Functional & technical support of in-scope applications
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating the production events to end users and stakeholders
- Delivering the production changes
Technical Skills:
- SQL
- ORACLE
- ITIL
- UNIX/LINUX
- Financial Markets - Transversal Financial Markets
