Mission
We are looking for Trainers to reinforce our Consulting team, with a passion for learning innovation and digital transformation. In this strategic role, you will ensure the design, execution, and continuous improvement of digital upskilling programs that empower individuals and teams with future-ready skills. You will combine pedagogical insight and change enablement practices to ensure learning initiatives drive real organizational impact.
Tasks:
- Plan, prepare and deliver training in Digital Competences
- Adapt training content to different participant profiles (basic, intermediate and advanced).
- Create and update teaching materials, such as presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of the learners, ensuring effective learning.
- Provide technical and pedagogical support to participants, clarifying doubts and promoting good practices in the use of technology.
Perfil
- Proven experience as a trainer, preferably in Microsoft 365
- Certification as a trainer (CCP – Certificate of Pedagogical Skills) - mandatory
- Mastery of the main Microsoft 365 tools
- Ability to adapt to different audiences and teaching methodologies
- Communication, collaboration and growth mindset
- Excellent communication and didactics
- Experience in the creation of pedagogical content
- Valued experience in online training (Teams)
