Open-ended contract

Mission

Join a new Financial Services Data Repository project as a Business Analyst, working on a major initiative for a leading banking institution. You will serve as the critical link between business stakeholders and the IT development team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements from various financial service units (corporate banking, risk, finance, etc.) and translating them into functional specifications and user stories for the development team.

  • Designing functional solutions that meet business needs while aligning with the target architecture and data governance standards of the bank’s client data repository.

  • Acting as an interface between end-users and technical teams: ensure the development team fully understands the requirements and that the solution adheres to the bank’s operating model and governance policies.

  • Preparing and executing functional test plans (UAT) to validate that developed features meet the requirements, and assisting business users in their testing when integrating with other systems.

  • Supporting deployment and change management by creating user documentation, training materials, and conducting training sessions to onboard users to new processes and tools.

As a Business Analyst on this project, you will ensure that business needs are met through high-quality data and processes, directly impacting how the bank manages risk and client information.
