Are you passionate about optimizing processes and driving operational excellence? Inetum is looking for Senior Lean Consultants to join a strategic project focused on process reengineering.

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and redesign processes.
• Apply Lean principles to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
• Support change management and ensure successful implementation of new processes.
• Deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Profile

• Proven experience in Lean methodologies and process improvement.
• Ability to lead and facilitate workshops, map processes, and identify inefficiencies.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Ideally, functional knowledge of banking operations (e.g., retail banking, credit, compliance, back-office).
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Location: Hybrid (Lisbon or Porto)
