Mission

Mission:

The IT Contract Management Specialist is responsible for the effective management of the company's IT contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal policies and external regulations. They will review and administer IT contracts in collaboration with various departments and external partners, securing optimal IT solutions contributing to the company's strategic objectives

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the lifecycle of IT contracts, from drafting to termination or renewal
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of contracts, maintaining an up-to-date archive of all relevant documents
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, and other stakeholders to align contracts with business objectives
  • Review and validate contractual terms and conditions to assess potential risks and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (GDPR, NBR, ASF, DORA, etc.)
  • Manage contract changes and amendments, ensuring necessary approvals and proper documentation
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, informing them of contract status and any relevant issues
  • Develop and present monthly reports on contract performance, vendor compliance, and potential risks to senior management
  • Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations • Responsible for the accuracy and registration of relevant contractual information in the single contract repository
  • Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all aspects related to contractual clauses and terms in IT contracts.

Profile

Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Law, Business Administration, IT, or a relevant field
  • Experience: Proven experience in negotiating, drafting, and managing IT contracts with vendors and service providers, including software licensing, cloud services, and hardware procurement
  •  Knowledge: Understanding of DORA, GDPR, data privacy laws, security standards (ISO 27001), and other relevant regulations in the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of contract management software is a plus
  • +Go/od knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiencest
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to interpret complex legal and financial information
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving contract performance goals
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
