Responsibilities:  Provide accompany to international users in the use of the Clarity tool for the management and monitoring of the project portfolio. You will also contribute to the international deployment of Clarity as well as to the implementation of the tool's developments

Job Context The mission:  Provide the business with a comprehensive, reliable and efficient information system aligned with our company’s development strategy. DSI is evolving towards an organizational model of Agile@Scale. Within the CIO Office, you will join a cross-functional team whose mission is to provide to users a tool for managing and planning the activities of the DSI, which will also be used to steer Staffing's capability plan and commitment. This tool (Clarity), must be a reliable reference for our activities in order to meet the operational requirements of the DSI and thus meet cost/time/scope commitments to our business. Clarity is used at the level of GIE Cardif with the desire for gradual international deployment. There are nearly 1300 international users

Main Functions:

▪ Contribute to the international deployment of Clarity

▪ Provide functional and technical support to international users as part of the international deployment of the Clarity tool.

▪ Perform the necessary parameterization in the Clarity tool according to user requests

▪ Ensure the quality of data transmitted by international users.

▪ Actively participate in Squad rituals

Skills & Basic Features:

Mandatory:

▪ From an experience point of view, having at least two or three years of experience in an asset management IT team.

▪ Very Good communication skills (Oral and written)

▪ Be attentive and rigorous

▪ Punctuality /Proactivity

▪ Ability to analyze and to develop or adapt a process

▪ Organizational capacity / autonomy / reactive

▪ Fluent in French and in English
