We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of critical business applications. Working in a hybrid environment, you will support production systems, manage incidents, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with development, infrastructure, and external teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of production applications.
- Monitor applications and manage incidents, problems, and service requests.
- Coordinate issue resolution with development, infrastructure, and external teams.
- Execute deployments, upgrades, patches, and change activities.
- Support monitoring and observability initiatives using tools such as Dynatrace.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Participate in on-call support activities for critical systems when required.
