We are looking for a Senior Technical Expert service - Silva Officer - to provide support with ServiceNow SPM (demand + project + product portfolio management).
Responsibilities:
- Provide global level 1 (SPM) and 2 support (mainly ITSM) for Silva products, a Service Management tool based on ServiceNow technology;
- Resolve incidents;
- Manage RITMs;
- Maintain the Silva Service Catalogue;
- Deliver training and manage data change projects.
