Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Technical Expert service - Silva Officer - to provide support with ServiceNow SPM (demand + project + product portfolio management).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide global level 1 (SPM) and 2 support (mainly ITSM) for Silva products, a Service Management tool based on ServiceNow technology;
  • Resolve incidents;
  • Manage RITMs;
  • Maintain the Silva Service Catalogue;
  • Deliver training and manage data change projects.
Profile

Profile:

  • Expertise on Senior Technical Expert service - Silva Officer (3/5 years);
  • Expertise of ServiceNow;
  • ITIL V4;
  • IPCR Management processes;
  • Good level of English.
