Firmware version 7.2 of Audiocodes Session Border Controllers (SBCs) reaches the end of its useful life at the end of 2024. After this date, you risk:

  • security vulnerabilities
  • missed features and optimizations
  • compatibility issues
  • no support from Audiocodes

We therefore recommend that you upgrade to version 7.4 to avoid any risk.

The upgrade to version 7.4 requires special attention as it is more challenging than a regular firmware update. We offer full support in implementing this upgrade so that you can continue working with your Teams solution without any worries.
