Inetum Suisse SA à Genève, recrute actuellement un BUSINESS ANALYST MICROSOFT CRM D365 SENIOR afin de satisfaire le développement de son activité autour du CRM. 

Vos principales missions sont les suivantes  

  • Réalisation de projets CRM 

  • Analyser les besoins clients 

  • Conceptualiser l’architecture fonctionnelle 

  • Réaliser le paramétrage et la mise en œuvre de nos solutions à partir des technologies Microsoft Dynamics CRM 

  • Coordonner les tests et assister la recette des solutions auprès du client 

  • Assurer le déploiement des solutions 

  • Former les utilisateurs finaux 

  • Participer à la réalisation des accélérateurs techniques de nos solutions 

Nous assurerons votre formation et votre perfectionnement sur nos solutions CRM dans le cadre d’un programme de certification ambitieux. 

Profil

De formation supérieure en informatique, vous avez idéalement plus de 5 ans d’expérience dans la Business Analyse de projet Dynamics CRM, expérience pendant laquelle vous avez mis en évidence votre aptitude à travailler en équipe et développé la relation Client. Le sens du service Client, une certaine aisance à l’oral, rigoureux, autonome et organisé.  

Compétences techniques et qualités souhaitées : 

  • Vous avez une expérience confirmée et réussie sur des projets autour de CRM Dynamics 

  • Expérience confirmée de BA (certification un plus) 

  • Vous avez de bonnes capacités d’écoute, de reformulation et de rédaction
