Main Responsibilities:

• Racking and patching of equipment in the Data Center
• Physical validation of equipment alarms
• Verification and confirmation of information on equipment consoles
• Interaction and communication in Portuguese and English with technicians and clients, both on-site and remotely
• Credentialing and escorting technicians and clients within the facilities
• Support for remote technicians in troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment failures
• Inventory management of assets in the Data Center
• Reporting risks and service non-conformities to superiors

Profile

• Secondary Education or equivalent, preferably in Informatics, Communication Networks, or related field
• Experience in a Data Center environment with familiarity with enterprise-grade hardware
• Experience with asset management and ticketing tools
• Experience in the installation and management of fiber optic and copper/UTP installations (patching and labeling)
• Knowledge of IT equipment
• Knowledge of communication cabling
• General knowledge of electricity
• Proficiency in English
