Mission
Purpose and role
Responsible, at Global Practice level, for project delivery performance balancing on product cost optimization and client satisfaction, and business & delivery risk management on selected key deals.
You will be one of the global manager for Microsoft solutions and Dynamics within the Inetum group
Key deals should be identified in the deal shapping phase depending on the size and/or complexity and/or strategic positioning
Key Responsibilities
- Economic Model
- On key deals: Challenge and approve delivery model of key engagements at solutioning stage, including consistency between competencies of Project Manager and client needs / level of risk
- Delivery Performance and Risk Management
- On key deals: Ensure an effective handover between presales and delivery teams
- On key deals: Actively mitigate delivery risks and take part in the risk management reviews
- On key deals: Ensure optimization of profitability through delivery productivity and excellence, manage change requests and extensions
- On key deals: Track clients satisfaction and set up corrective actions as needed
- On key deals: Closely interface with Delivery Executives
- Industrialization
- Deploy industrial tools and methods within his/her delivery organization to increase delivery performance
- Ensure industrialization check and monitoring the engagement ‘stock’
Profile
Required skills and experience
- Proven track record in operational management (including senior clients and key BU executives) and in project delivery
- Ability to orchestrate delivery and project manager building on credibility
- Ability to manage customer crisis
- Long term experience managing Microsoft environment, expertise in Azure, 365 and MS Dynamics are very valuable.
- Experience in managing service and business offerings, prioritizing long-term customer relationships
- Effective collaboration.
- Strategic thinker capable of translating strategic visions into actionable tactical objectives, emphasizing operational excellence.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive nature, and results-driven approach, coupled with excellent communication skills, including engagement at the C-level
- Fluent in English and French; proficiency in additional languages such as Dutch is a plus.
- Travel will be required within the different teams of the group (Paris, Belgium, Tunisia, and Morocco) approximately twice a month
