Mission

About the team/project:

We're a dynamic team responsible for providing data-related tools to our Bankers, meeting their daily needs and helping them solve complex problems. Our project involves multiple stages of data processing, including data feeds industrialization, ETL, data warehousing and data visualization.

 

About the Role: Level 1 and level 2 functional application support for Company's application

-        Internal end users requests management

-        Internal users on the applications assistance

-        Queries resolution from end users with respect to the systems supported, including but not limited to incorrect data issues, ensuring feeds into the system in a timely manner

-        Ensuring that root cause analysis has been found and solutions implemented to prevent repeat occurrence

-        Change management: plan, test and release functional fix

-         Current business processes maintenance and enhancement

-        Functional platforms follow up, new process and features implementation

-        Incident and Problem management, solutions to common problems documentation                                 

                                              

Main Tasks:

 

  • Understanding of ETL processes.                                                                       
  • Monitoring, troubleshooting, resolving and communicating the production events to end users and stakeholders                   
  • Technical monitoring and control of the applications                                                             
  • Understanding of database management principles.                                                              
  • Understanding about ITIL Foundations (Incident, Support, Problem & Changes)
