Mission

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead a high-performing implementation team responsible for delivering well-defined technical tasks and use cases within a structured project framework. This role focuses on efficiency, standardization, scalability, and high-quality delivery. You will be the key link between stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring a continuous flow of valuable work and maintaining alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Backlog Management & Prioritization
    Define, prioritize, and maintain a clear and actionable backlog of technical tasks and use cases.

  • Stakeholder Communication
    Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with project objectives.

  • Team Organization & Delivery Oversight
    Structure and monitor team workflows, remove blockers, and drive productivity and efficiency.

  • Quality Assurance
    Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and comply with project requirements.

  • Value-Driven Leadership
    Focus on maximizing business value through structured delivery and continuous improvement.

 

Profile

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Product Ownership
    Proven experience as a Product Owner, ideally in technical or data-intensive environments.

  • Technical Background
    Solid understanding of software development (preferably Java) and system architecture.

  • Leadership & Communication
    Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

  • Project Management
    Experience with agile methodologies and project delivery in dynamic environments.

  • Analytical Thinking
    Ability to assess complex problems, make data-informed decisions, and identify areas for optimization.

  • Efficiency & Scalability Focus
    A mindset geared toward process improvement, standardization, and scalable solutions.

  • Hybrid work - 3 days from the office per week from Warsaw, Lublin or Poznań.
