Main Responsibilities: 

• Manages and monitors IT project billing processes, ensuring accurate follow-up and reporting.
• Prepares and tracks consumption reports for IT projects and headcount consumption reports.
• Tracks and manages the billing of suppliers, while implementing savings actions.

Profile

Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management or similar. 
• + 2 years of experience as Project Manager or in Billing and Invoicing Management. 
• Knowledge of Supplier Management, Billing, Budget and Invoices.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, specially Excel.
• Proficiency in English and French (mandatory).
• Driven to team work.
• Organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
