As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving automation, improving workflows, and ensuring seamless delivery across projects. We have a strong footprint in the Banking sector with a lot of challenges for you!                      

Location: Porto

Main Responsibilities: 

• Analyzes and challenges business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications.
• Identifies process inefficiencies and proposes optimization strategies.
• Collaborates with Process Owners and Key Users to build and maintain documentation (Functional Specs, Test Plans).
• Supports IT teams throughout project phases, ensuring alignment and quality.
• Tracks project progress and communicates updates to stakeholders.

Profile

Profile:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Solid understanding of IT systems and technical environments (automation experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with the banking or financial sector is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, and ideally Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in English (mandatory) and French is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, organized, and client-focused.                                                                                

(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in PORTO per week)
