Inetum continues to excel in IT services, according to the Whitelane BeLux Sourcing Study 2025

Inetum has once again demonstrated its strong performance across multiple IT service domains, securing top positions in the latest Whitelane BeLux Sourcing Study 2025. Notably, Inetum is the only company in the survey to achieve a 100% contract renewal willingness record for Security Services—something no other provider accomplished in any other service domain.

Whitelane Research, an independent and renowned research organization providing insights into IT service provider performance in Europe, conducted its yearly study with over 300 BeLux organizations that have significant IT expenditures. These organizations evaluated 35 IT suppliers based on their 2024 performance.

With over 30 customer reviews, Inetum ranks among the top 5 for review volume, highlighting its strong presence among large enterprises.

Jef Loos, Head of Research Europe at Whitelane, commented: "Inetum’s client satisfaction has improved again this year, reinforcing its strong position in the BeLux market."

An independent evaluation of Inetum’s performance as an IT service provider

Inetum continues to excel in Application Services, achieving a satisfaction score of 79%. This is above the market average and an improvement in comparison with last year’s performance. This category includes the development, maintenance, and testing of applications.

In Cloud & Infrastructure Services, Inetum’s customers have placed the company among the strong performers with a satisfaction score of 79%, while in the Workplace Services category, Inetum’s high ranking confirms its commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Security Services: a standout performance

In Security Services, Inetum secured fourth place overall with an outstanding satisfaction score of 80%. However, what truly sets the company apart is that all surveyed customers indicated they are (almost) certain to renew their contracts—making Inetum the only IT service provider to achieve this distinction across all service categories surveyed. This remarkable result underscores the company’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Jo Leemans, Director Technologies at Inetum Belgium, stated: "We are proud to once again be recognized as a strong performer. The importance of cybersecurity continues to grow, and our expertise enables us to provide clients with high-quality guidance and support in this critical area. I'm also pleased that Inetum is now among the top five service providers that companies, who aren't yet our customers, would like to collaborate with in the future. We are ready to join forces and create digital impact together."

AI adoption is accelerating

Beyond its strong performance in IT services, Inetum is also making significant investments in AI and Generative AI. The Whitelane study surveyed 300 IT end customers about their progress in AI adoption, revealing:

  • 1% reported AI has completely transformed their business operations.
  • 14% are using AI with a significant impact on business processes.
  • 40% are using AI, but with limited impact so far.
  • 41% are experimenting with AI but have not yet fully adopted it.
  • Only 4% have not yet started using AI or are unsure about its potential.

Ben Vicca, Director Solutions, added: "More organizations than ever are leveraging AI and experiencing its real impact on business processes. At Inetum, we see AI as a transformative force—driving efficiency, innovation, and value creation across industries. To further explore this evolution, we engaged with C-level executives from leading Belgian companies in a series of GenAI think tanks. Their insights will be shared in our upcoming whitepaper, providing a deep dive into how GenAI is reshaping business strategies and operations."
