Mission

• Actively participate in major development projects of the platform.
• Develop and customize by using Workflow Designer, Flow Designer, Javascript and Data Querying
• Contribute to evolution of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, SPM, CSM, …)
• Contribute to version upgrades.
• Contribute to the implementation of new ServiceNow modules.
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Handle minor evolutions and incident resolution.
• Participate in the automation of recurring tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Be proactive and share your experience with the team.

Profil

• At least 4 years of experience as a Service-Now Developer and Technical Consultant.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, REST web services, data querying, workflow designer, and flow designer.
• Mastery of ACLs.
• Experience with upgrades/cloning is a plus.
• CSA, CAD are mandatory. ITSM Specialist is a plus, as well-as ITIL v3 or v4 certification.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Fluent in both French and English, both written and spoken.
• Two successful experiences as ServiceNow Developer.
• You have already work in an Infrastructure Services context.
• Ability to analyze, synthesize and solve problems.
• Team spirit, collaboration and communication.
• Fluent English and French, spoken and written.
