In the Business Development Manager position you will have the opportunity to be creative, implement your own ideas and work outside the box. We work to a schedule, but there is also space for your ideas. In this position, we expect you to be independent and experienced in international sales. We guarantee a friendly and non-corporate atmosphere!
You will be responsible for:
- selling the company’s IT services to international markets, in particular UK/Germany/Nordic,
- increasing the company’s sales capacity abroad with a focus on acquiring new customers and cooperation with Business Partners,
- preparation and presentation of offers,
- negotiation of agreements and contracts for IT services,
- analyzing customer/market needs, defining requirements and creating new ideas to increase sales,
- preparation and implementation of sales strategies to foreign markets,
- generating leads, but also converting new ones coming from Marketing and Lead Generation Team (separate Sales unit) into clients,
- building long-term partnerships with customers and business partners.
Profil
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, minimum 2 years in selling Data & AI services.
- Familiarity with at least one cloud vendor offering (preferably Microsoft and Databricks).
- Good understanding of concepts like: DataLake, Data Governance, Machine Learning, AI Agents.
- Proven sales track records in a consultative selling approach.
- Highly motivated and committed to working in an international customer/BP environment.
- Strategic sales planning skills.
- Orientation in IT technologies: Back-end (Java, C#), Front-end (JS, Angular, React, Vue.js, etc.).
- Fluent knowledge of Polish.
- Very good command of English both written and spoken.
- High personal culture.
- Innovative ideas and ways of acquiring customers. Being active in social media is an advantage.
- Work is conducted in a hybrid system: 2 - 3 days a week from one of our office - Warsaw, Poznan, Lublin, Katowice, Rzeszow or Lodz.
