Mission
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Manager to lead and scale our ServiceNow consulting team. This individual will manage a team of ServiceNow consultants, structured under several team leads, and will be responsible for talent management, enablement, onboarding, and skills development across the group. The primary goal is to ensure the right consulting capacity with the right skills is available at the right time to meet customer and project demands.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing large consulting or technical delivery teams (ideally 30+), with several direct team leads.
- Good understanding of the ServiceNow platform and IT service delivery lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience in capacity planning, skills management, and consultant enablement.
- Track record of hiring, onboarding, and upskilling technical professionals.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to balance strategic vision and operational execution.
- Experience in a consulting services or systems integrator environment preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist) a plus.
- Experience working in a global or distributed consulting environment.
- Familiarity with agile delivery models and professional services automation tools
