Role Summary
As an SAP Presales Consultant at Inetum, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our SAP business by supporting the sales cycle with strategic, technical, and value-oriented expertise. You will be responsible for shaping SAP solutions that address business needs and position Inetum as a trusted advisor in digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Opportunity Management:
Support SAP sales opportunities across different industries, working closely with sales and delivery teams to qualify leads and shape solutions. - Solution Design and Offer Development:
Design tailored SAP solutions (e.g., S/4HANA Public/Private Cloud, BTP, Ariba, SuccessFactors) that meet customer needs and business objectives. Prepare and present compelling proposals, demos, and value cases. - Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with SAP account executives, partners, and internal teams to align strategies, drive pipeline development, and co-manage key accounts. - Client Interaction:
Engage with C-level executives and business/IT stakeholders to understand challenges and present innovative solutions with measurable ROI. - Bid Management:
Lead or support the development of RFP/RFI responses and detailed quotations. Coordinate with solution architects and delivery teams to ensure technical and financial accuracy. - Sales Strategy Support:
Contribute to go-to-market plans, account strategies, and industry campaigns, sharing insights on SAP trends, innovation, and best practices.
Profil
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP presales or similar roles.
- Solid understanding of the SAP ecosystem, including key solutions such as:
- SAP S/4HANA (Cloud and On-Premise)
- SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
- SAP Ariba, SuccessFactors, Analytics Cloud, etc.
- Familiarity with specific industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail, professional services) and business processes.
- Experience working with SAP teams and managing joint go-to-market activities.
Skills and Competencies
Technical and Business Skills
- Strong knowledge of SAP architecture and integration scenarios.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with value-based selling and ROI modeling.
- Proficiency in writing and presenting proposals, demos, and pitches.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong customer orientation with a consultative approach.
- High level of collaboration, adaptability, and teamwork.
- Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- SAP certifications in any relevant area (e.g., S/4HANA Sales, BTP Integration).
- Experience with Public Cloud implementations (RISE with SAP).
- Multilingual capabilities beyond English (e.g., Spanish, French, German).
Familiarity with Inetum’s value propositions or local market presence.
