Mission
Mission:
You will act as a key point of contact for project managers, testers, and business teams, ensuring the smooth coordination and delivery of datasets required for testing and validation activities. You will also contribute to process improvements and gradually develop business analysis skills.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and analyze requests for datasets (based on test strategies, functionalities, HMI elements, etc.).
- Frame requests and ensure prerequisites are in place (access rights, application access, business clarifications).
- Coordinate with data producers and monitor dataset delivery.
- Manually input complex datasets when needed.
- Track and follow up on HMI-related incidents and ensure resolution.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
- Ensure clear communication of priorities, instructions, and updates.
- Participate in monitoring committees and provide operational reporting.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization.
- Gain business knowledge in banking and functional analysis.
- Contribute to tooling projects (data production, duplication, anonymization).
- Analyze complex business needs and support industrialization efforts.

Profil
Profile:
- Experience in support roles (IT operations, testing, coordination).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Good level of French (C1/C2).
- Banking knowledge or interest in business analysis is a plus.
