Mission
We are seeking a skilled System Analyst to join a dynamic team working on the development and enhancement of existing banking systems, primarily in the area of electronic banking. The role involves managing change, conducting system analysis, and designing solutions that align with business requirements and architectural standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of assigned systems and changes.
- Analyze business requirements and define the scope of changes.
- Design data schema modifications and system integrations.
- Specify interfaces and integration patterns.
- Define tasks for development and implementation teams.
- Collaborate with the architecture department.
- Work closely with system designers and lead developers.
- Coordinate changes with the frontend team.
Technologies Used:
Java, Oracle, PostgreSQL, REST, Kafka, Swagger, JSON
Profil
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst.
- Strong skills in business requirements analysis.
- Ability to read and understand high-level architectural specifications.
- Experience in system analysis and change management.
- Knowledge of system integration design and basic integration patterns.
- Interface specification and data structure design.
- Proficiency in SQL, REST, and JSON.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey information effectively.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in backend development.
- Familiarity with Java, Kafka, and ESB.
Hybrid work – 1 day per week at the office in Katowice.
